Sorrel is a well maintained reliable 2+2 berth narrowboat and benefits from a Beta 43 engine coupled a PRM260 hydraulic gearbox.

Being ex-hire, Sorrel has been maintained on a strict schedule throughout the season then dry docked annually to undergo updates, hull inspection and bottom blacking with Rylards ‘Rytex’.

From bow to stern stepping into a large front cockpit with seating area with fully glazed front bulkhead and doors, as you enter the doors there is the lounge area with bench seating down both sides of the boat which can be utilized as 2 single beds, behind which the galley is situated with everything you would expect in a kitchen, behind the galley is the is the bathroom which houses the toilet, vanity unit with wash hand basin and shower, the shower sits over a small 4’bath. The rear cabin is another bedroom with 2 single beds that can convert into a double bed by sliding one of the beds sideways, out of the stern doors is a large rear deck with raised sides for added visibility when steering this also acts a great outdoor seating area.

Sorrel has a full hire boat BSS which is a enhanced version of the standard BSS, the craft also has a current gas safe landlord certificate this therefore means she could be hired out without any alterations.

Water system :- hot water is provided from a large twin coil calorifier that can be heated directly from the engine or via the Webasto diesel boiler.
Full cruising inventory including all crockery and utensils are available to go with boat.

The boat is located at our yard and can be viewed subject to availability, we are located in North Yorkshire at the gateway to the Dales our boatyard as full dry dock facilities should you wish to commission a survey of the vessel or require any alterations upgrades or modifications to her these of course would be at additional cost of the asking price for the boat. We also have leisure moorings these are subject to availability.
